Shipping Info: • All items are shipped within 7 business days. All items are packed as safely as possible in waterproof bubble mailers or sturdy cardboard LP mailers for records.

• Buyer must make sure to have address match their PayPal information. If an item is returned, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If buyer does not want to pay additional shipping, a full refund for the order will be given.

• Bulk international orders might include additional shipping costs, if ordering multiple items (6+) please contact first for accurate shipping quote.

• International orders: please do not request items to be declared as gifts or undervalued. These requests will be ignored.
Return Policy: If an item arrives damaged beyond use, we will be happy to send another copy.

We will not replace items for the following causes:

• Cracked cases or cassette shells
• Creases, tears, bends or dinged corners
• Torn shrinkwrap

Although the USPS has been great to us over the years, lost packages happen. If an item has been marked as shipped and it hasn't arrived after an extended period of time, please contact us to see if the item can be tracked down and we will go from there.
